SHIPPING POLICY
Right now were charging $5 for shipping up until the $75 total cart amount. Spend $75 and we will cover your shipping free.
If you would like upgraded (faster) shipping please contact us when you make your order so that we can add that up-charge to your total cost.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Were truly hopeful that you love your Lightning Strike Lures custom painted crankbaits. Since these are highly custom products we will normally sell them on a "all sales final" basis. If you feel that you have received a badly damaged crankbait (due to shipping problems out of our control) we will love to help make your order right. With all crankbaits there will be some slight "tuning" required to ensure that the bait runs as true as you'd like it to. We do our best to ensure that all lures are fishable out of the box, but please keep a pair of pliers handy in case you need to slightly tweak the lead nose ring. Often times the speed and style of your retrieve will impact the way these lures run, so please feel free to customize and tweak your lures to fit your needs and style. Remember when tuning cranks to use very slight and minimal corrections...overcorrecting can cause as many problems as not tuning at all :) - Thanks, Tres
